David Garner

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Garner is responsible for directing the company's strategic growth and expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and business development to enhance Sitel's customer management solutions. Mr. Garner joined Sitel in September 2003 after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of SHPS-a provider of outsourced employee benefit administrative services-from 1998 to 2003. Prior to founding SHPS, Mr. Garner accumulated 14 years of key leadership experience at Sykes. In his last role as Executive Vice President of Global Call Center Operations at Sykes, Mr. Garner built the company's business both domestically and internationally.

Bert Quintana

President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Quintana manages all Sitel operations worldwide and is responsible for all functional areas of the company. His directive is to continue to enhance the alignment between our client's and market needs to Sitel's capabilities from a people, process and technology perspective. Mr. Quintana most recently led the International Services division for Dell, Inc. that included site start-ups and deployment of Dell's contact center strategy in India, Philippines and El Salvador. His responsibilities, while at Dell, ranged from leading US consumer sales to leadership for domestic customer care contact centers and technical support to the international off-shoring group. Prior to joining Dell, he held various executive management positions at Westec Security, Inc., TYCO/ADT Security Services, Inc. and MCI Telecommunications, Inc. A graduate of the University of Miami, Mr. Quintana's work history is rich with experience related to the telcom and business process outsourcing industry

Patrick Dupuis

Global Chief Financial Officer
As Global Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dupuis is charged with leading the company's financial planning and management on a global basis. Mr. Dupuis comes to Sitel with more than 23 years' experience in all areas of finance, business development and operations. Most recently he served as Vice President and CFO at BJC Healthcare, a AA+ / $2.8B hospital system based in St. Louis, MO. Prior to his tenure at BJC, Mr. Dupuis spent 20 years at GE in a number of roles, including Vice President and CFO for GE Healthcare, a $10B division of GE. His last role at GE was Vice President and General Manager of what ultimately became Genpact, an offshoring business process outsourcing company. A graduate of Ecole de Management de Lyon, France, Mr. Dupuis is also certified and practiced in "Lean/Six Sigma" techniques.
