Offering of Senior Notes of SITEL, LLC and SITEL Finance Corp.

Nashville, Tenn. — March 5, 2010 — Sitel announced today that its wholly owned subsidiaries, SITEL, LLC and SITEL Finance Corp., intend to offer $300 million in aggregate principal amount of new senior notes due 2018 (the “Notes”).  Net proceeds from the offering are anticipated to be used to repay a portion of the indebtedness outstanding under an existing senior secured credit facility, as well as to pay fees and expenses related to these transactions. The exact terms and timing of the refinancing will depend upon market conditions and other factors.

SITEL, LLC and SITEL Finance Corp. only plan to offer the Notes to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (“Securities Act”) and to non-US persons pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.

The Notes and the guarantees thereof have not been registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
